Betty
Ferguson Foundation’s “Women of Honor” dinner on August 9 honored
the impressive Marlee Lauffer. The net income for the event reached
$54,107 – an astonishing $10,000 increase over the previous year.
1. Dozens of friends and family were in attendance to honor Marlee.
Pictured here are her brother, Jim Means, husband Jim Lauffer, daughter
Katharine, and parents, Bob and Ann Means.
2. Youth with a Voice participants donated their time for the cause,
including Marlise Soto, Kayla Hawbecker, Amanda Hardy, Lisa Marie Thomas
and Tori Raymond.
3. Sarah Tattersall enthralled guests with her gorgeous voice.
4. Several dignitaries, including councilwoman Laurene Weste, presented
Marlee with commemorative plaques.
5. Rebecca and Judy Cox, Stephanie Edwards, and Tammy and Joel Cox.
6. Cheri and Don Fleming, Gary and Diana Cusumano, Bruce Fortine and
Gloria Mercado all came out to support Marlee Lauffer and the Betty
Ferguson Foundation.
7. Rebecca Cox, Karen Hall and Linda Elmes were vital to the success of
the event.
